On Saturday, June 22, 2002 the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Old Abe Camp #8,
Department of Wisconsin, held a Grave-Marker Dedication Ceremony at the Plainfield, WI Cemetery.
There were 8 generations of Waterman descendants present
in the Plainfield Cemetery on that day, although 3 are deceased.
